A little insider tip for Bad Salzuflen. If you like excellent cocktails, this is the place for you. Haven't had such an excellent Mai Tai in years! The food (hash browns with mushrooms and ham) was really delicious.

Wow! - Something like a little corner bistro, - hiding somewhere behind its own bushes and those of the spa park, - on Saturday in December around 18:00 clock, - and I open the door and immediately think: my mother would be cooking and frying: The lovely Smell of cooked goose with red cabbage and dumplings hits my nose - and as hungry as I came in: now I could kill for a piece of this goose! - Well, I came for the picture of the burger that I noticed immediately on Google. - For only 6.90 € I ordered the burger quickly, before I would collapse of hunger - and my companion the pork tenderloin Medallions. - After only a maximum of 10-15 minutes, the food was on the table, both delicious-looking, large portions. (The term "XXL" would not remotely oppose the quality.) No: here you can only call it "Beaucoup Haute Cuisine"! - And that's exactly how it tasted! - A "5 star" taste, with a burger that does not require ketchup and remoulade! - Again a big "Wow"! - A very own creation - and now one of the three best burger ever, next to "Uncle Sams Burger" in Berlin Steglitz and the "Lakeside Inn" in Haltern am See, I can only take my hat off to the homemade gourmet burger , in herb butter and spicy salt pepper spice with tomatoes, bacon, cucumbers and salad from the "Bistro Daubel" in Bad Salzuflen! ... But that's not all: the pork tenderloin medallions were excellently spiced and zergingen on the tongue! - Gradually, the bistro filled, which has actually earned more four Michelin stars, as far as the quality of the food is concerned. So inconspicuous and yet so good - and with prices far below the value, especially for the location and in a spa! ... Wow!

Go to this bistro for 13 years and have never been disappointed. The fish dishes are particularly delicious. The price is a good average. Bistro Daubel trains many interns.

Spent 15 minutes on the terrace and nobody took notice of us. Restaurant was empty. But maybe it was already too dark. 🙄 Then eat nice somewhere else.

A cozy place to relax. A small menu with something for everyone and above all inexpensive. If you want to bowling with your friends, go here. The bistro has two lanes for a mere 8 euros an hour

We ordered two simple pizzas and had to wait over 50 minutes. Have always been comforted. Then came the big end: worst pizza I've ever eaten. Frozen food would be better by far. Never again! I absolutely can not recommend.

Goods were food, we ordered rump steak. Perfectly fried. A beef fillet steak would not have been tender. Great unobtrusive service that you only noticed when you needed it. For such a relative small eatery a sensational wine list. We'll be back. Thanks a lot !!

Can only recommend this restaurant. Mr. Daubel is a very friendly and attentive host and great chef. Meat was just as desired fried and of good quality. Price performance ratio was great. Again any time.
